Education
Orange County is committed to providing quality education to its students and to ensuring success in their futures. With support from the Board of Supervisors, the school system maintains, improves and expands school facilities and programs. Currently, there are nine schools located in the county: six primary and elementary schools, two middle schools and one high school.

Although Woodberry Forest School is located in the neighboring county of Madison, its location is a mere 4 miles from the Town of Orange and draws its student body from all over the world.
